Friendly and helpful staff, very high standard facilities and nice atmosphere are definately a great advantage. Moreover, the hostel advertise free walking tours around the city. Ania and Alessandro, the tour guides, are doing an excellent job talking about the most interesting facts from the history of the city, making your stay there a really fascinating experience.
The only thing that was missing there for me was the air conditioning. I guess it's worthwhile investing in it as well, as the hostel has got really very high standard facilities.

Very well located. Near the bus station "Plazza de Armas" (10 min walking) and near the city center. Very cheap.
My bed was very uncomfortable.

I like the bathroom, cause it was very big, you can turn around, nothing gets wet.. but i don´t wont to be in the hostel, if it is full-booked! we were only less persons.

Lovely place! The staff was very friendly. All the rooms were big and clean with new furniture. Comfortable roof. Hostel is a good place for those who like cooking. Kitchen is quite large and well equiped. Good wi-fi connection and tasty breakfast. The hostel is in 10 minutes walk from bus station, so it's easy to get to.

AIr condition will not work in the morning so it is a little cold.

Good location, big kitchen, 24 hour staff (we arrive at 5: 45 in the morning, and we checked in at that time)
Bed is not comfortable (no quilt, only blanket), cleanness of room and bath room are not good ( there is always some smell of cigarette although smoking is forbidden in the rule of the hostel.
